Payment Policy

We accept Credit Cards: Master/Visa and $us Cash. 

• 5% service charge is added when a credit card is used
• 50% deposit is payable to secure booking upon confirmation where we deem applicable
• For Group bookings a deposit of 20% is required.

PLEASE NOTE: You will get a receipt from the payment form. We will update your confirmation to paid once payment is verified.
Your updated confirmation will be emailed to you within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

Refund Policy

•  Refund is paid if a client cancels the service within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
  
•  Refunds will be done as received or depending on when cancellation is received. (Refunds may take up to 5 or 7 business days to process.)
  
• No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a No show is a person who books for our services but doesn’t attend or cancels the booking)
  

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are entitled to a 100% refund.
  
• Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are non-refundable
  
• Cancellations may be made by email or phone calls, and must be received within 24hrs of scheduled service.
  

We make booking and paying for your transportation easy, no hassle or bustle, pure relaxation and total comfort from your arrival to your departure. Rember to review your form before clicking submit. We only accept Master or Visa credit cards for payment.
